Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 7, 2026

1. Overview

Rosenthal Estate Law, PLLC (“the Firm,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website. Our website is designed to minimize the collection and use of personal information.

This website is intended for users located in the United States.

2. Limited Website Analytics

We use limited, privacy-focused analytics tools to understand general website usage and performance, such as page visits and approximate geographic regions of visitors.

The services we use include:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service operated by Cloudflare
  • Umami Cloud, a privacy-oriented analytics platform used for aggregated traffic measurement
  • Google Search Console, a site-owner tool that provides information about search visibility and performance in Google Search

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking tools, or social-media trackers.

Our own website scripts do not set cookies or use browser storage technologies such as local storage or session storage.

Analytics providers may process technical request data, including IP addresses, on their systems in order to provide aggregated reporting, security, and traffic measurement services. We receive aggregated usage information and do not use analytics tools to identify individual visitors.

3. Information You Provide

If you contact the Firm by email, phone, or our contact form, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or communicate with you regarding your request.

Contact form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards messages to the Firm's email inbox.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information through the contact form, including Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, or similar confidential information.

Contacting the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website relies on third-party providers for hosting, security, analytics, and form delivery, including Cloudflare, Umami Cloud, Web3Forms, and Google Search Console.

Google Maps is used only when you choose to load the interactive map in the site footer or open our office address in Google Maps. Until then, no request is sent to Google.

These providers may process limited technical or submitted information according to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or services.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain information submitted through the website only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, or comply with legal, ethical, or professional obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the website. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us.

Because the website collects limited personal information, our ability to provide, modify, or delete information may be limited to information you directly provided through communications or the contact form.

We do not sell personal information and do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or applicable professional and ethical obligations.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, please contact us so we may address the issue.
